Casino Queen is located in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. A total of 150 rooms and 7 suites available at the gambling hall. The casino occupiestwenty-seven thousand five hundred sq.ft. and offers lots of features. Aside from playing, Casino Queen presents a two thousand, five hundred patron riverboat, a 140 space trailer park and easy access to MetroLink light-train station.
